Honest limits of this tool

- Matching is a case-insensitive substring search on the whole line.

- Match rate is matched lines divided by total lines.
- Duplicate positions from numbered lines are kept as written.
- Limits: 1000 lines and 120000 characters per check.
- The target is one word or phrase, up to 100 characters.
